This entry shares a slide presentation by Andrew Gryf Paterson called 'Tähtikuvitelma: Contributing more than wood to a grassroots cultural centre' for the 'Oman tilan' (Own space) lecture series organised by Irmeli Koko for Kuvataideakatemia (Finnish Art Academy, now part of University of Arts Helsinki) on 1st December 2009.
The title project took place in November 2005, at Happihuone cultural centre (2001-2007) that was managed by 02 Finland ry. For Paterson, it was actually the beginning of an supporting and contributing engagement with the site that actually began in Summer 2005 until Summer 2007. The presentation slides illustrates the story of that engagement.
